All events at the Carroll County Fairgrounds require a $15 gate entry fee paid by all spectators and contestants. No exceptions.

Entry Fee $25 (this does not include contestant’s gate admission. No checks-CASH ONLY) Children under 2 years old not riding rides are free admission to the fair.
DEADLINE MAY 31st
Please come early and plan extra time for traffic and parking. We WILL NOT wait for late contestants, late contestants forfeit their entry.
All contestants will compete in Casual Wear. Casual Wear includes an outfit that you would wear to school.
NO PAGEANT DRESSES OR TUXES. If you have questions about the attire feel free to call and ask.
You must be in line when your division is called. No exceptions.
There are 2 places awarded in each category, the awards are as follows
2 yr old Girl
3 yr old Girl
4 yr old Girl
2 yr old Boy
3 yr old Boy
4 yr old Boy
*Your child's age group is determined by the age they will be on the date of the pageant.
Winners qualify to represent Carroll County at the Kentucky State Festivals Pageant in November
