Please note that all contestants, parents, etc. must pay gate admission. Older divisions will be required to show proof of purchase of gate admission upon entrance to the dressing room. Any guests with the contestant must produce this proof as well. If you cannot produce this proof you will be sent back to the gate to pay. If you chose not to show proof of purchase or go pay when asked, you/your contestant will forfeit the competition. Additionally, there are no refunds, this includes weather refunds or returns. The payment is final. Entering the pageant and the fairgrounds is an acceptance of the pageant rules and regulations.

Miss Carroll County Fair

Monday, June 6,

8 pm Entry Fee $60

Contestants must be 16 years of age on October 31, and cannot be 22 on October 31, 2022.
Interview-There will be a 3-minute interview at 6 pm. Contestants will wear an interview outfit of your choice. The interview will begin at 6 pm you must be dressed and ready for an interview at this time.
The opening number will consist of a cocktail dress, jumpsuit, or other cocktail attire of your choice. Show your sense of style.
Swimwear must be a solid color and a one-piece.
Evening Gown must belong to the floor.
Optional Photogenic Award $5 you must bring an 8x10 photo to the pageant. It will be just after the Interview.
There will be a trailer to change in the night of the pageant. Each contestant will be assigned a room. Please make sure that you have only 1 person with you in the dressing room.
Optional pageant practice Wednesday, June 1, at 8 pm.
The deadline to enter the pageant is Wednesday, June 1, at 8 pm. All entry fees ($60) Online payment, Contestant Data Sheet, and a photo must be received on or before the deadline. A late entry fee of $100 if not paid on the deadline will be applied. No refunds. No exceptions.

Miss Teen Carroll County Fair

Tuesday, June 7

8 pm Entry Fee $50

Contestants must be 13 years of age on October 31, and cannot be 16 on October 31, 2022.
Interview-There will be a 3-minute interview with a panel of three judges. You will wear a cocktail dress of your choice. The interview will begin at 6 pm you must be dressed and ready.
Opening number-Cocktail dress of your choice.
Casual outfit of your choice
Evening Gown must be long to the floor.
Optional Photogenic Award $5 you must bring an 8x10 photo to the pageant. It will be just after the Interview.
There will be a trailer to change in the night of the pageant. Each contestant will be assigned a room. Please make sure that you have only 1 person with you in the dressing room.

Miss Pre-Teen Carroll County Fair

Wednesday, June 8

8 pm Entry Fee $50

Contestants must be 8 years of age on June 30, and cannot be 13 on October 31, 2022.
Interview-There will be a 3-minute interview with a panel of three judges. You will wear any shirt of your choosing with white shorts. Shoes are also your choice. Show us your sense of style. Interview will begin at 6 pm be dressed and ready to go by 6 pm.
Opening Number will consist the same outfit as interview.
Casual wear- Outfit of choice
Evening Gown must be long to the floor.
Optional Photogenic Award $5 you must bring an 8x10 photo to the pageant. It will be just after the Interview.
There will be a trailer to change in the night of the pageant. Each contestant will be assigned a room. Please make sure that you have only 1 person with you in the dressing room.

Little Miss and Mister Carroll County Fair DEADLINE IS MAY 19th--NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED

Thursday, June 9

8 PM Entry Fee $60 entry-pay and enter as a couple

MUST ENTER AS A COUPLE

Contestants must be 5 years of age on June 30, and cannot be 8 on June 30, 2022.
The contestant must be present and ready to go onstage by 7:45 pm, otherwise, you forfeit your entry.
THE ONLY OUTFIT is jean shorts with a solid color top. You may accessorize how you wish. You must come dressed and ready for the pageant. The dressing room will not be available. Please make sure your child looks age-appropriate. No cut-outs or extreme makeup/hair.
There will be an onstage interview. Your child SHOULD NOT memorize any answers, they must be natural answers.
There are NO TURNS or "over-the-top" stage walking will be permitted. Only stops at the designated spots and waving is permitted. (This follows the State guidelines.)
Optional pageant practice with the stage is Wednesday, June 1, at 6:00 pm.
The deadline to enter the pageant is May 19th, at 5:30 pm. All entry fees ($60) online payment and Contestant Data Sheets, must be received on or before the deadline. A late fee of $100 will be applied if not paid by the deadline. No refunds. No exceptions.

Mrs. Carroll County Fair

8 pm, Entry Fee $50

Contestants must be 18-39 years of age and married, with or without children.
Mrs. Carroll County must be available to ride in the Tobacco Festival Parade in September.
Interview-There will be a 3-minute interview. Contestants will wear an interview outfit of your choice. Interview begins at 6:30 pm. If you are not there at that time (without prior approval for being late) you forfeit your entry.

Modern Miss Carroll County Fair

We will give away a Fair and a Local Title. Local title must have at least 3 enter in order to award the Local Crown.

Contestants must be 18 years of age, with or without children.
Contestant must wear a dress size 14 or larger
Local Modern must be available to ride in the Tobacco Festival Parade in September.
Interview-There will be a 5-minute interview. Contestants will wear an interview outfit of your choice. Interview begins at 6:30 pm. If you are not there at that time (without prior approval for being late) you forfeit your entry.
Outfit of your choice for opening number
Evening Gown must be long to the floor.
There will be a trailer to change in the night of the pageant. Each contestant will be assigned a room. Please make sure that you have only 1 person with you in the dressing room.

Contestants must 40 years of Age or older. Can be Single, Married, Divorced and With or Without Children.
Ms. Carroll County Woman must be available to ride in the Tobacco Festival Parade in September.
Interview-There will be a 5-minute interview. Contestants will wear an interview outfit of your choice. Interview begins at 6:30 pm. If you are not there at that time (without prior approval for being late) you forfeit your entry.

Cutie Pie Pageants

Friday, June 10

7 PM

Entry Fee $20 (this does not include contestant’s gate admission. No checks-CASH ONLY) Gate admission is $12- children under 2 years old not riding rides are free. YOU WILL REGISTER AND PAY ON THE DAY OF THE PAGEANT, THERE IS NO ONLINE ENTRY

You will check-in, pay, and receive a contestant number on the day of the pageant.
Please come early and plan extra time for traffic and parking. We WILL NOT wait for late contestants, late contestants forfeit their entry.
All contestants will compete in Casual Wear. Casual Wear includes an outfit that you would wear to school.
NO PAGEANT DRESSES OR TUXES. If you have questions about the attire feel free to call and ask.
The pageant will start immediately after the baby pageant. You must be in line when your division is called. No exceptions.
There are 2 places awarded in each category, the awards are as follows

Baby Pageants YOU WILL REGISTER AND PAY ON THE DAY OF THE PAGEANT, THERE IS NO ONLINE ENTRY

(this does not include the contestant’s gate admission. No checks-CASH ONLY) Gate admission is $12- children under 2 years old not riding rides are free.

You will check-in, pay, and receive a contestant number on the day of the pageant.
Please come early and plan extra time for traffic and parking. We WILL NOT wait for late contestants, late contestants forfeit their entry.
All contestants will compete in Swimwear (two-piece swimsuits are acceptable); the purpose of this is to keep them cool in the summer heat. Small props are allowed (i.e. hats, buckets, shovels).
The pageant will start at 7:00. Each age group immediately follows the first. You must be in line when your division is called. No exceptions.

There will be 2 places awarded in each category. The age groups will be broken down as follows:
0-5 month Girls
0-5 month Boys
6-12 month Girls
6-12 month Boys
13-23 month Girls
13-23 month Boys
